FAQS
Do you charge an automatic service charge?
An automatic 20% service charge is added to parties of 8 or more.
Are you listed on delivery apps ?
Yes, we are listed on DoorDash/Caviar and UberEats/Postmates, but availability can sometimes be limited. If you don’t see us on the app, pick-up may be available via our online ordering page.
Can I dine at your restaurant even if I am vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free?
We welcome all diners with any dietary restrictions! Even though our kitchens are not strictly vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free, most of our menu items do not contain gluten, and we have lots of vegetarian options. We always recommend speaking with your server about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Why didn’t I get any chopsticks/wasabi/ginger/tamari with my to-go order?
In an effort to limit our single use items, we are only offering condiments and utensils upon request. You’ll see them all available on the online ordering page, so be sure to add what you need in your cart! And if you forget, just let us know when you pick up your order and we can include it then.
Can I bring my dog to dinner with me?
We do welcome dogs at any of our locations with a patio! Only service animals are permitted indoors.
What is the parking situation at your restaurant?
Street parking is available but limited, so we always encourage ride-shares!
Can I bring in my own dessert and/or a bottle of wine?
There is a $2/person fee for outside products (ie: cake, cupcakes, cookies) and a $20 corkage fee per 750ml bottle of wine.
