Vedran came to US from Bosnia in 2002. He started in his restaurant job at the age of 17 as a dishwasher, and being the hungry and focused he moved up the ranks quickly. He first viewed cooking as a job, but he soon fell in love with cooking and it became his passion and his career. Having most recently worked at Departure under Gregory Gourdet, and at Pono Farms Under chefs Rick and Vince, he brings his knowledge and drive to the Bamboo family.
