Chris was among the first to introduce Japanese fusion cuisine to Portland many years ago. With over 25 years of experience in this field, he has acquired mastery of knowledge and techniques that have guided him in becoming the detail-oriented and dedicated chef he is today. Chris appreciates working with his fellow team members, valuing everyone’s role in creating a pleasant dining experience for customers. He enjoys creating recipes that provide a refreshing and unique twist on familiar flavors, and works hard to provide nothing short of the best. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and partaking in outdoor activities.
